An individual coaching offers the manager a space for reflection, discovery and learning. Today’s world is uncertain, volatile, complex, and taking a step back has become necessary to have clarity on issues, define clear objectives & challenge limiting self-believes to enhance performance.
To do this, we intervene with an empathetic listening, in a rigorous methodological and deontological framework, with the conviction that each one carries within oneself the resources needed to develop.
